Scheduled service was to include oil change and oil filter. My 2017 Sonata has been driven 74,000 miles, and I suspected a new battery made be needed since my Sonata is now 5 1/2 years old. My service advisor, Deja Williams, provided me with price information for the new battery, and also suggested replacing the brakes which she also provided the price information. Replaced both the battery and brakes. Westside Hyundai service department always provides me "top of the line" service when I have my Sonata serviced.

I was pleased with the service at Ray Skillman, they got me in with minimal expected wait times. However, I did have a serious problem with my horn that had not worked for two days. However, after spending a few hours at the shop, they told me that my horn was froze. A very surprising ending.

I always feel confident that my vehicle will be properly serviced and I appreciate the video that is provided telling me what is being examined on my vehicle. I always wait and typically am in and out in about an hour, but this time it was 1 hour and 40 minutes! I was told that 3 technicians were out -- unless they all had a serious illness (sounded like they were taking vacation time), it doesn't make sense that time off would be allowed to be scheduled at the same time, when it impacts customers like this. Came in for a recall on the vehicle, only to find out there were 3 open recalls. They were able to to get 2 out of the 3 taken care. Parts were ordered, and will be taken care of soon. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I worked with Deja, and she was Great!

Great dealership had an excellent time buying my car with ShaKayla (100% recommend her) and Bruce. Great all around and will be coming back when it's time for the upgrade. They did mark up on MSRP which I'm still meh about but I understand the market we are in.

I was driving through the dealership looking for new vehicles when Broady stepped outside. There was a new Tuscon Hybrid on the lot which I was extremely interested in viewing but did not have the time to check it out. We ended up buying a vehicle from another dealership, but I'd definitely recommend Broady for his patience and kindness. The dealership (as many others) have a 10% markup on vehicles which was disappointing though.

Loved my car buying experience in 2020. However, subsequent visits (2) for scheduled service were met with indifferent and callous attitudes. However, my 3rd visit was a refreshing change. The changes in the waiting room (with pretty good coffee and cookies) was a welcome upgrade. But the best change of all is Brantly Batton. I could not be more pleased. Part was covered by warranty, which I had not even considered, the service given by the service writer/tech was superb.

I took my car in for a flat tire and the service I received was excellent. I was greeted quickly, the tire was repaired within a short time, and I was delighted when I saw my car, as it had been washed and vacuumed. Overall a great experience!
